Gretchen and Steve are absolutely phenomenal realtors and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy a home. I feel like they practically made the impossible happen--getting two hapless millenial first-timers into a house in Nashville during the most competitive sellers market in years--and they never gave up on us. Gretchen especially is an amazing advocate to have in your corner. She is well connected and incredibly knowledgeable about all things houses, the housing market, Nashville, everything--I learned so much from talking to her. She does an amazing job considering things from every angle and empowering you with the information needed to make the best decision. Most importantly, she works tirelessly, day and night, for her clients. She was always just a phone call or text away, even for the smallest questions, and really stayed on top of everything through the whole process--and even after! She even came and met us on a Sunday just for a photo op in front of the house we bought--talk about above and beyond! Steve was also incredibly helpful, hardworking, and also comes to the table armed with expert-level knowledge of the market. He was so patient with us as we dragged him all over Nashville, Smyrna, and La Vergne to look at houses. They make a great team. If one is not available, the other is able to fill in, which turned out to be so important (buying a house is a 24/7 project!) Five stars well deserved for both of them and our infinite appreciation for all they did for us.
