Gretchen started working with Buyers and Sellers in 2005 following a career in Corporate Management. She understands the inner workings of the processes and how to navigate shifts in the market such as the 2008 housing market crash and the COVID-19 shutdowns. As a full-time agent during these events, she assisted clients to develop a plan based on the current local market, negotiated the best terms, and achieved the closing goals. 

Lauren brings valuable perspective with a B.A. in Marketing and experience as Project Manager within a large Residential Construction company which spans 16 states. She managed building crews in several Nashville & Murfreesboro subdivisions while maneuvering supply chain tensions, labor shortages and temperature extremes. She has an eye for design with helpful recommendations which clients appreciate.
